I am Jeroen Lievens, freelance QA and regulatory consultant. For ten years I have helped pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetics and food companies use quality not as a brake, but as an engine for growth.
From lab bench to advisor
My career started at the lab bench and grew through roles as Qualified Person and Responsible Person into leading positions in quality assurance, regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance. At Vetoquinol I carried final responsibility for GDP, QA, RA and PV activities across Belgium, the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
In 2026 I founded Qaizen Consulting: my own practice where I now apply those years of operational responsibility as a senior advisor. Today I support teams at, among others, Johnson & Johnson with system life cycles and automation validation, and I guide inspections, audits and release processes across the region.
